Arrival is from 16.00. You can access the property yourself using the key safe. The number is provided in the information email sent on receipt of the full payment of your booking.

Current prices are as from summer 2021 and are subject to change to reflect demand. We will always ensure we are competitively priced compared to any other third party selling this property. These prices are for a 7 day booking although short breaks are available and may be less than the weekly price.

One well-behaved dog over 12 months is welcome. Others by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Please keep downstairs and off furniture.
The kitchen has a kettle, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Lots of utensils. We do provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets but you may need to purchase more for a longer stay.
We provide a bath and hand towel for each guest and all bed linen. If you stay a second week a second set will be made available.
The Wifi is free to use. We do not have fibre but an alternative internet provider who is just as good. The internet is suitable for watching on demand services such as Netflix.
Phone signal is limited but works well when connected to the Wifi.
Out and about
Conkers’ Cottage is six miles from the pretty market town of Church Stretton in the heart of south Shropshire. Once there you’ll find a variety of tea rooms, pubs and specialist shops. Other local attractions include walks on the Long Mynd, the Acton Scott Historic Working Farm and Stokesay Castle.
